Competitive Minecraft Made Easy!
AutoReferee is a plugin that handles all of the installation and setup for high-quality competitive Minecraft matches, at any scale. For most server administrators, AutoReferee is as simple as drag and drop: installation only requires that the plugin be downloaded to the plugins/ directory of your server. Maps will be downloaded as needed, and games will be configured automatically. AutoReferee is designed to be compatible with most popular plugins, including Multiverse, meaning that players should be able to come and go from matches at ease without interfering with your server's typical operation. Don't use Multiverse? No problem! AutoReferee will generate its own temporary worlds as needed, and will delete them when matches are completed.
- Maps can be configured to work with AutoReferee, putting a configuration file in the world folder to be easily distributed with the map.
- Maps can be properly archived for distribution (cleaning up the map, making the job of a mapmaker even easier!)
- Players may easily get information about a map, join a team (random or specific), and leave their team.
- Matches are tracked to completion, taking all the work off of server operators to ensure fairness.
- Matches are automatically completed when specified goals have been satisfied, providing instant feedback for players and spectators.
- Spectators are notified of important events, such as retrieving objectives and satisfying win conditions.
- Spectators have access to view players' inventories. Players will not be able to see spectators, to prevent distraction.
- Player and Team statistics are recorded during a match, and are uploaded for players to view.
